Bob shares with us his knowledge of the UFO phenomenon and what he encountered while working at SHAPE in Europe in the 1960s: an inch and a half thick detailed official report on the extraterrestrial 'problem' called at that time simply "The Assessment". Having the clearance to have free access to the document, he read it and re-read it many times Later, after retiring from the military, he made the courageous decision to defy his Oath of Secrecy and began to speak publicly about what he had learned. Bob claims that the accessment said that the government knew of at least four extra-terrestrial races that were interacting with the human race at that time. Some of these extra-terrestrials look so human that you could easily blend into society.

The Greatest Story in Human History

According to Bob Dean this is the most important issue in human history. Its not that are not alone, its that we have never been alone. We have had an relationship with advanced extra-terrestrial societies since the beginning of human history. This story involves the origins of our species as a race. Bob uses the analogy of Pandora's box in that we cannot open the box just a bit.

The NATO Study Regarding UFOs (The Assessment)

Sergeant Dean states that the information regarding UFO's became nearly an obsession with him. Bob at that time had the Cosmic Top Secret clearance which is and still is the highest form of clearance. Bob was given access to a military document which was a study that NATO conducted from 1961-1964. This study contained reports, autopsies and photographs of UFO crashes and retrievals. The study was about an inch and a half thick. Bob was a senior Master Sergeant at the time. In Feb. 1961, there was a massive fly over of unidentified objects, coming out of the east and flying over Germany and France. These objects were under intelligent control and were circular disk shapes. Gordon Cooper talked about flying over Germany in the 50's seeing flying disks all of the time. These disks would disappear from NATO radar over the Norwegian sea. These disks were in formation, flying very high and sometimes they would come in mass. The study, the Assessment, determined that there was no threat from the UFOs. The technology of the flying disks was so far above anything that we had no could not even begin to touch the technology.

The Shoot Down Order

An airforce general gave the order to shoot them down (UFOs); however, the order was revoked in ninety days because they had a unique way of elimating all of the electrical systems in our aircraft. The disks did not shoot at us; although, they would literally nullify all of the electrical operations in our aircraft. If you are flying a high performance jet and you are at 30,000 ft. going five hundred miles an hour and all of the electical systems goes out then you have a problem. When our crafts would lose their electical systems we lost some pilots and airplanes. So we learned to not shoot at the UFOs.
