Bob Dean on the E.T. Races on Earth

Bob Dean was a Master Sergeant that worked at SHAPE Headquarters in Europe. While working at SHAPE Bob learned some very interesting material by reading a document called the assement. Bob is getting some information from insiders that are working in Sandia Labs and Los Alamos with some of the extra-terrestrials that are here. Bob knew of four different groups that were humanoid when he was in the service. One of the groups of ET look exactly like us. They could sit next to us in a restaurant and we would not know the difference. This one race is trying to help us from making the transition from adolesence to adult-hood.
When Bob was in Germany he talked to Russian Cosmonaut about the Soviet Phobos mission on Mars. The Soviets sent this fantastic mission to Mars called Phobos II. One of the pictures that the Russian took was a picture of city under the surface of Mars the size of Chicago. While in the orbit around Mars the Russian satellite bumped the Russian Satellite and it went down.

Norman Burgren

Norman was an engineer and photographic expert at NASA for thirty fives years. Norman discovered some anomalous things that we happening in the rings of Saturn. Voyager 1 was sent to the rings of Saturn. Norman is one of the good and honest men that was working at NASA. In 1986 Norman decided to blow the whistle and publish the images that were made of the Rings of Saturn. Norman published his book in Abderdeen Scotland because he could not get it published in the United States. There is an Electro-Magnetic artificial object larger than our moon that is operating in the Rings of Saturn. In the A-Ring of Saturn is an EMV that is 2,000 miles long. These are artificial objects that have been constructed by a civilization. Can you imagine the technology of the civilization that can build these kind of vehicles EMVs? These EMVs are either building the rings of saturn or they are mining the rings.
