Dr. Frank E. Stranges

PHD Theology, Director of the California State Marshal's Association

Dr. Frank E. Stranges is Founder and President of the National Investigations Committee on UFOs. In addition, he is President of International Evangelical Crusades (a worldwide Christian Denomination) and International Theological Seminary of California. He was born in New York and educated in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and California. He holds degrees in Theology, Psychology and Criminology.

The Stranger Appears

While at the Pentagon, Dr Stranges claims to have met a man from a race of beings that live underneath the surface of the planet Venus. This man was about six feet tall, with wavy brown hair and weighed about 185 pounds. In appearance he was very normal; however, he had no finger prints and demonstrated a fantastic intelligence.
This man, told Dr. Stranges that his purpose in coming was to help man return to the Lord. This visitor stated that mankind was farther away from God than ever before. The man also told Frank that there are seventy seven individuals from his race that walk among the people of earth. The stranger called himself Commander Valiant Thor.

Val's Ship
Parked near the shore of the western-most reach of Lake Mead, east of Las Vegas, Nevada, is VICTOR ONE, a space-craft from an extraterrestrial culture in which the name Commander Valiant Thor is prominent. This is the craft which he commands and uses as his home on earth. VICTOR ONE, is northwest of Hoover Dam, southeast of Nellis Airforce base, northeast of the town of Henderson, Nevada. VICTOR ONE has been in this vicinity for eleven years. A spacecraft of the Victor Class is a 300-foot diameter discus, twenty-two feet high at the rim and increasing to ninety seven feet at the axis. The permanent crew is approximately 200.

Finger Prints

The commander told Dr. Strangers that all earth people had been marked with finger prints since the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden. None of the race of Commander Val had finger prints because they are not guilty of original sin.

The Commanders Theology

The commander stated that Christ is the ruler of the universe and the wonder of wonders. The Venusians still walk in fellowship with God and do not have a need for a bible. In some respects the Venusuans are what we would call angelic beings.
