Dr. Frank E. Stranges, PHD Theology

Dr. Stranges Dr. Frank E. Stranges is Founder and President of the National Investigations Committee on UFOs. In addition, he is President of International Evangelical Crusades (a worldwide Christian Denomination) and International Theological Seminary of California. He was born in New York and educated in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and California. He holds degrees in Theology, Psychology and Criminology.

Dr. Frank Stranges was a very unusual man. He was not one who would go around “tooting” his own horn. In fact, just the opposite was true. He depended greatly on others to promote the work which he was told by The Lord Himself to do. Dr. Frank was truly a Man of God, an Apostle I believe, sent by God with a message for mankind - one which would assist every man, woman and child to find their true place on a pathway back to our Lord and Savior, Creator of all things.

Valient Thor

Charles Dr Stranges claims that a man that was from the inside of the planet Venus lived at the Pentagon for three years. Valient Thor brought information that would allow the United States citizens, and then the world, to live without any kind of disease or sickness.

Excerpt from a Stranger at the Pentagon
I was on my guard for fakes and frauds. In walked a man about six feel tall and about 185 pounds, brown wavy hair and brown eyes. His complexion appeared normal and slightly tanned. As I approached him and he looked at me, it was as though he could see straight through me. With a warm smile and extending his right hand, he said, “Hello Frank. How are you?” His voice was strong and yet mellow. It was filled with character and purpose. He, in answer to my question regarding a “space suit” produced a one piece suit that glittered as the sunlight streamed in through the window and hit the fabric. I thought it looked like liquid sunshine. His lack of fingerprints intrigued me. He informed me that there was life in many other planets. I asked him where he was from. He answered, “I am from . . . the planet that is called Venus.”

Dr. Frank StrangesValient Thor had no finger prints but had a hand that was very smooth. Valient Thor interacted with Richard Nixon and Dwight Eisenhower. The U.S. government did not accept the gifts of Thor which could virtually wiped out all disease. Val Thor lived on the inside of the planet Venus which is called the morning star in our Bible.

The first meeting of Thor and Dr. Stranges was in 1967. Valient Thor landed his ship and was taken to Washington D.C. Valient Thor was escorted into the office of president Eisenhower.
