Sheldon is a contactee that lives in the Sacramento area of California. He got his masters degree at Ohio University but now lives ofcourse in the California area. Sheldon gets an adjustment twice per day; however, the adjustment is for the energy fields of his body. Sheldons adjustment that actually comes from the extra-terrestrials. These are physical beings one of the Sirius B and the other one is from Archturus.

Inner Earth

Sheldon talks about the inner earth north polar hole being hundreds of miles wide. People on this planet will soon learn that the planet is put together in a much more different way than we know. If we were to go straight into this whole we would see the cenral sun of the earth. We would see a series of crystal cities. The ships that come into the planet land near these crystal cities. These ships use portals that are located at the bottom of the ocean in places and at other portals in the earth at various locations.

The Crystal Cities

All planets are hollow and in the inner earth there is no night. In the crystal cities they have a pattern that is similiar to what goes on here on the surface. They have replicators to make food, there are buildings that expand and contract as we need them. The people that are in crystal cities are able to change the shape of the space that they live in. Galactic societies have different organization which are based on the soveriegn rights of the individual. They have no idea of need or want in the crystal citites.

The Argathans

There are some scientists that know of the truth behind the hollow earth theory. The group that lives in the crystal cities are called Argathians. NASA knows that there is a huge civilization in our world that is the last remnants of Lemuria. The technology of this group is based on thought. The full human potential of these people have been realized and they have no idea of the seperation between the physical being and the spiritual being. These people are able to effect the density of their physical body in way that they can actually become an energy being.

Interaction Between Plants and Animals

There is an interaction that goes on between plants and animals. We have to realize that we should just have different concepts of living beings on this earth. The native Americans discovered that trees are the most effective in adjusting us and understanding our emotions and physical states. Among the different tribes of Indians they like to basically call the trees the Tree people of the standing people. Emotional and mental problems can be solved just by being among the trees. When there is a major forest with all of these trees what we have is a sacred place because of all of the various kinds of energies that come from the trees. There was a fog in Hawaii that came from all of the trees that used to be there. The Hawians removed many of the trees that existed and it increased the heat that they have. There used to be a huge forest that stretched from Ohio all of the way to the east coast that was called the deep dark woods. There are natural living cycles that are in our earth. The environment of this planet effects us very much. The trees have a place in improving the quality of our civilizations.

Our DNA

Scientists have found genes of ET origin in our junk DNA. The program for the code of our DNA did not originate on earth. One of the things that they discovered about the human genome was that a lot of it was inert. The type B or junk DNA is starting to encode. The controllers of our society do not want us to know that there is a big change that is about to happen. We are in a major place where the RNA and DNA is starting to inact. There is a central shaft or third strand in our DNA that is starting to react. The DNA is very sensitive to light. We were once fully conscious beings. The DNA will be what that turns us into fully conscious beings.

Sheldon on the Ships

Sheldon says that he spent most of his life on the ships. He has a hard time relating to the activities that take place on this earth. One of the things that he has to do is to share this with the world. Sheldon has deal with the idea of communicating all of this information to the world. Sheldon at first thought that he would not be able to do this succesfully. The origins of humanity and the true geology of the planet is just some of the things that Sheldon is talking about.

The Restoration

Sheldon talks about a restoration process. Our planet is actually been spoiled by humanity. Oceans are polluted and the forests have come down. The air is polluted an some of the continents have sunk into the sea. We have three huge continents that need to come back up. Our planet is in great flux of change. Our planet is starting to restore itself. Humanity is going back to being fully conscious and there is a RNA and DNA change is occuring. We are beings that are meant to be physical angels. The planet itself is awakening. The base frequencies of the planet are changing. We are in the process of restoring ourselves to being fully conscious beings.

The Ancient Galactic War and The Restoration

There were galactic wars that came into our solar system a long time ago that left the solar system a mess. Earth was saved from the entire destruction so that it would be the one planet that would still be able to support life. What is happening on earth, venus and mars is that a restoration is going on. There was great water world were our astroid belt was and this water world is called Malona. We are becoming fully conscious beings that are going to be living inside of Mars and Venus. We are going to be a part of a star nation. We have some incredible beings that do not really know who we are. We will be an incredible group of people once we really remember who we are. This galaxy is actually going to be coming together. We can travel to any place in the universe.

This History of Our Moon

This coming event is a change of immense proportions. The two original moons of the earth were destroyed by Atlantians and thier descendants. There are four natural moons that will be recreated around the planet Mulona. The moon that we have now is a moon from another world. Our world originally belonged to the planet Malona. The people that built the moon were from other parts of the galaxy. There was a galactic war at that time. The moon was a defense station that was out there as a military post. All of the things that we see on the moon the craters are really dried earth plasma fields. The craters are from various advanced partical beam weapons. The moon looks so strange because of the wars. These technologies were so advanced that the moon had seas, rivers, mountains and lakes and was very a very beautiful place. NASA knows about this but hides it. There are all kinds of structures that are on the moon. There people from all over the galaxy that have come to explore the moon because of its unique history. There is a great control room that is in the center of the moon. There were people that used to live on the moon in the center where the control room is located. The moon has a titanium metal shell.

Ancient High Technology

The moon actually has fossils on it. The moon was really an incredible place that had creatures on it. There used to artificial oceans and mountains on it. From 400 BC to about 4000 BC you see Egypt is more advanced the longer back that you go. The civilization remnants are honored by Egyptians. The historians are completely mistaken about our True history.
